Genevieves Notebook What To Do When Tarot Cards Tell The Hard Truth

Genevieve’s Notebook is a fresh new feature on Tarot Unlimited. It is advice from Genevieve’s Tarot Notebook just for you. Join me for insight from my notebook. Topics vary but they include Tarot, questions from clients, and common sense advice you can use!

You can know about the tarot card reading at the online site to have the desired results. There are several features available in it that you need to understand to have a bright future. The answers from the experts and professionals related to the tarot card reading should be satisfactory.

“I got a reading about a recent break up and the Tarot cards told me to move on. Why?! What do I do?”

Before your rationale leaves you completely, take a deep breath. Good. Now take another deep breath. Better. One last deep breath. Excellent! Repeat this mantra as you continue to take deep healing breaths, “The Tarot cannot hurt me. The Tarot cards only offer me advice.”

Okay, here are your options:

  • Ignore the Tarot’s advice
  • Spin the hard truth into advice that is easier to hear
  • Find the lighter side of Tarot’s advice and listen only to that
  • Think about why Tarot tells you the hard truth and what you can learn from it.

Can you guess which option I use? I’ll give you a few minutes to decide…

It’s the last one. Here’s why. Tarot has a job. Just like you do. That job is to tell you things. You can ignore that advice, spin it around, or find the lighter side. None of these activities change the advice Tarot gives you. Read that sentence again. Tarot’s advice doesn’t change like the weather. No matter how much we wish for sunshine, there must be rain sometimes. This makes us appreciate the sunshine even more.

So what now? What do you do next?

First things first, record the Tarot reading. Record the question and the cards that appeared. If you do nothing else in this article, do this step.

Once you have recorded the reading, walk away from it for a few days. Let it sit as you go about your week. At the end of the week, come back to the reading.

Think about the Tarot cards. What do they mean? What is their advice to you? Brainstorm possible reasons Tarot would have to give you this advice. Did you ask Tarot too often? How did you phrase the question? Try to understand the Tarot cards’ perspectives. “Before you judge someone, walk a mile in their shoes.” Do the same for the Tarot cards. This benefits both you and Tarot.

Once you have brainstormed every possible reason you can think of, circle the most likely ones. These are the reasons the Tarot cards have appeared in your spread. This is why you received the answer you did.

You don’t have to agree with or like the advice you received from Tarot. But, you must understand why the Tarot cards gave this advice to you. Or you can ignore it and risk having to repeat the lessons over until you do understand them. This isn’t pleasant and might hurt more the second, or third, time.

Don’t want to keep seeing the same advice from Tarot? Change things up. It’s hard and takes effort, but it’s rewarding and worth it! Variety is the spice of life.

You don’t have to take my word for it. But you do have to pull your head out of the sand and listen to Tarot’s advice eventually.
